01Agreement

By creating an account or using a Tap Review QR code, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02The service

Tap Review lets businesses collect in-person feedback through a QR code. Customers rate their visit, and depending on the rating they are guided to publish a Google review or to send private feedback to the business.

03Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

04Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle.
• Each plan includes limits on QR scans, AI review suggestions and business locations.
• You can change or cancel your plan from the dashboard. Changes apply from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects your subscription.

05Acceptable use

You agree to use Tap Review only to collect genuine feedback from real customers. Our Anti-spam policy forms part of these terms.

• Do not create, buy or incentivise fake reviews.
• Do not submit feedback on behalf of customers.
• Do not use the service to break the law or the policies of Google or any other review platform.

06Customers

Customers use Tap Review without an account. A customer chooses whether to publish a review, and publishes it from their own Google account. Any review they post is their own content and is subject to Google’s terms.

07AI-generated suggestions

Review suggestions are drafted by an AI model from the customer’s own input. They are suggestions only. The customer is responsible for checking that a review reflects their real experience before publishing it.

08Third-party services

Tap Review links to Google Business Profile and relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments and AI. We are not responsible for those services or for decisions they make, including whether a review is published or removed.

09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Anti-spam policy. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

10Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Tap Review is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for changes to your ratings or reviews on third-party platforms.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
