Why we built Tap Review.

Most local businesses do good work every day, and almost none of it shows up online. Happy customers pay, smile and leave. The few who write a review are often the ones who had a bad day.

Asking for reviews in person is awkward, and a blank review box is hard to fill. So the gap between how good a business is and how good it looks on Google keeps growing.

Tap Review closes that gap. One QR code lets a customer rate the visit in a tap, describe it with a few keywords or their voice, and publish a review written in their own words. When something went wrong, the business hears about it first.
